3NB1000 Single Pump Unit is the structure of separated hang, on whichi the diesel and the pump shaft are installed on the same base, and the pump individual is installed on another one.
The driving device consists of diesel, clutch, and shaft pump. Driving to Mud Pump is by the removing and mounting of clutch LT600*125. The gas clutch has enough space to get out the steel ring, and it is not necessary to reassemble other shaft parts and easy to replace the diaphragns, friction piece and wheel.
Air compressor, mounted on the driving unit, adjusts the low and high pressure of the whole control system according to the operation pressure. And that is why the contnrol system is under the stable status and realizes the automatic starting and shut down of the air compressor.
The switch of gas clutch can be locatednearby the diesel, and also ban be controlled by drilling table. The quick discharge valve on the air pipeline can fill and discharge at high speed within a short time.
