1.       Stitch Density Control: A new stepping motor finely adjusts ste glove conform to the various parts of the hands. By doing so, gloves can be shaped to fit fingers and hands snugly and extend the benefits of ultra fine gauge gloves even further.

2.       Yarn Tail Insertion: previously, yarn tails sticking out of the fingertips were inserted by an air blower. JS204 features a new motor-driven yarn tail insertion, inserting the yarn tails into the fingertips for the highest quality.

3.       Compact Carriage£ºJS204 features a completely new carriage system which is 20% smaller and 30% lighter than its predecessor. This design yields quicker and more responsive carriage and increases productivity, all while minimizing structural stress on the machine for increased durability.

4.       Computer Controlled Lubrication: JS204 computer-controlled automatic lubrication provides an optimum amount of oil to all required parts according to a preset schedule. Automatic lubrication also prevents over-lubrication, conserving oil and keeping your products clean.

5.       Control Panel: it features on ease of operation. Large LED displays current knitting conditions. Touch-control numerical keys also offer convenient data input.

Options:

1.       3-Finger Palm Device: With this option the upper palm portion below the middle-three fingers is knitted separately from the rest of the palm. This not only provides a better fit, but also makes it easier to mount gloves onto moulds for processing of latex dotting and dipping.

2.       Pile Knitting (U2 Device): It is specially designed to produce high-quality pile-knitted gloves with different materials inside and outside.

3.        U3 Device: Toghther with U2 device, it can produce partially pile-knitted glove.

4.        X-yarn Device: It eliminates the necessity for using post-knit overlock sewing machines at the cuffs. The X-yarn device is therefore an effective way to cut manual labor costs and increase overall productivity.
