v      DESCRIPTION:

      The basic function of processing aids is to improve processing performance and promote the fusion of PVC blend for obtaining perfect fusion state under a temperature as lower as possible so as to ensure the final product quality. For satisfying different requirements of varying customers, We developed five groups of pvc processing aids specified as Follows :

         ¢Ù  General group: used to promote fusion of PVC blend;

         ¢Ú  Lubricanting group: Except for promoting fusion, they are more effective as a metal release agent. After using of them, the other external    lubricants in the ingredient may be reduced. The special features of them are to  provide effective metal release and  fusion promotion but will not migrate to the surface as other external lubricant such as paraffin wax;

         ¢Û   Gloss promotion group: Except for fusion promotion, they can contribute to evident improvement of  surface glossiness of PVC products , so they are specially suitable for the products whose surface glossiness of surface  are highly required;

        ¢Ü   Super-fusion promotion group: The fusion promotion effectiveness is higher than the other groups. They are suitable for ingredients which are difficult to process such as the formations with high filled levels of CaCO3 or other modifiers such as  carbon black ,  and so on.

         ¢Ý    Super-melt strength promotion group: Beside speeding fusion, they can also increase the melt strength so as to improve the mechanical properties of PVC products. So they are suitable for the processing conditions where higher melt strength is required, such as the processing of foamed products and high filler contained products.

v      WORKING MECHANISM :

      No matter what processing way is adopted in PVC products processing, PVC compound must be perfectly blent at first, only adopting PVC compound with a suitable fusion degree, PVC finished products can obtain the ideal appearance and mechanical property.
Comparing with other general resins, unplasticized PVC could be fused only at a higher temperature and shear force. However, PVC is easy to decompose at a higher temperature. For ensure quality of  hard PVC products, the PVC blend should be processed at a temperature as lower as possible. The PVC processing aids developed by us possess fusion promotion function due to their following features:

          ¢Ù   Owing to their melting temperature are lower than that of PVC, they will be melted earlier than PVC and then could adhere to the granular of PVC resin.

          ¢Ú  Perfect compatibility with PVC make them adhere to PVC granular during processing resulting in the increase of internal friction and shear torque, simultaneously  the heat from outer-heater are  transferred into PVC granular by them so as to promote the fusion of PVC .

          ¢Û   Because of enough higher molecular weight of processing aids, they will increase the melt viscosity (or strength) during processing, thus raise the shear torque and then promote the fusion of PVC blend

             It is mainly used and added in rigid PVC products such as PVC profile, PVC pipe, PVC sheet, PVC fitting, PVC board and other transparent PVC products
