Our company occupies an area of 80,000 sq. m. with a built-up area of 20,000 sq. m.. The total capital is 90 million Yuan and the registered capital is 30 million Yuan. The present workforce is 360, including 80 technical staffs. With integrity, effective quality management and quality assurance systems, in February 2001, the company passed the ISO9001 Quality System Certification and in 2003, we started to run the API5L and API5CT authentication.
Tianyi owns the modern equipments and completed examination methods. Meanwhile, advanced inspection devices serves us with good effects --X beam crack detection, the ultrasonic testing, the hydrostatic pressure testing machine, the tensile testing machine, the physics and chemistry laboratories and the integrated measuring system.. Thus, the production of goods can be guaranteed compliance to standard and satisfying to customers’ requirement.
The two followings are two main product series of our company:
Steel pipe series: spiral steel pipe,
seamless steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, hot rolled steel pipe, submerged-arc
straight welding slit-tube, steel pipe with US standards.Pipe fittings: elbow, flange tee, tapered pipe.
At present, our company’s yearly output is: for Φ219-1820 spiral seam two-sided submerged-arc welding steel pipe: 200,000 tons; forΦ57-377 hot rolled seamless steel pipe: 200,000 tons; for Φ377-630 heat expanded seamless steel pipe: 60,000 tons. We carry out the standards of SY/T5037, GB/T9711, GB/T8163, API5L and APT5CT. Our product is widely applicable to long distance pipeline for transportation with power of petroleum, natural gas, coal gas and water. As well as industries of petrol-chemical enterprise craft pipe network, city central heating projects, gas-pipe network and others. Our product merits such as high intensity, high pressure resistance, convenient installation, low cost and long lifetime, have gained us many users’ good reputation.
